The annual Palm Springs Modernism Week 2011 proved to be the largest and most event-packed mid-century celebration yet.
Mid-Century Original Art
With over 85 exclusive dealers, the Modernism Show is truly the highlight of Modernism Week. The show was extended to 4 days instead of 3 which allowed buyers and visitors to enjoy an extra day to view the outstanding collections of exhibitors from all over the U.S.
Several dealers from Antique and Retro Shopper's Map were in Palm Springs showing their most exquisite and unique pieces for Modernism: Off the Wall from Los Angeles, Xcape from Long Beach, and The Atomic Bazaar from San Diego.
Xcape from Long Beach, CA
Maisonry from Napa Valley exhibited eclectic pieces like an old children's tricycle and two French FK Bucket Chairs designed by Preban and Kastoln.
Maisonry not only has an outstanding gallery but also host wine tastings and private events.
